For 30-day or 90-day refills, simply sign up and request a refill for your medication by completing a medication refill request intake form. Once submitted, a licensed provider will review your request, and your prescription will be pre-prescribed to your preferred pharmacy within 4 hours.
For a 1-year medication refill, you will need to schedule a 15-minute video consultation with one of our providers. During this consultation, the provider will discuss your current medications, health status, and any updates needed for your prescription. Once the consultation is complete, your refill will be issued for up to a year.
